HEAVEnEVER

1. In data 27 agosto 2013 Andrea Fagarazzi e I-Chen Zuffellato dichiarano, in qualità di fondatori, la nascita dello STATO di HEAVEnEVER.

2. da questo momento e in questo luogo lo stato italiano non può avere atto giuridico su ciò che accadrà o verrà detto nello STATO di HEAVEnEVER.

3. HEAVEnEVER è uno spazio libero che offre ai suoi cittadini la possibilità di mettere in atto, dichiarare o creare qualcosa anche non possibile nello stato italiano, a patto che non leda l’integrità fisica dei suoi cittadini.

4. per diventare cittadini dello STATO di HEAVEnEVER è necessario farne richiesta proponendo un’azione che si aggiunga alla performance “HEAVEnEVER” di Fagarazzi Zuffellato.

Se questa proposta verrà condivisa dai fondatori, essa verrà interpretata e messa in atto dagli stessi secondo modalità proprie, questo darà automaticamente diritto al proponente di diventare cittadino dello STATO di HEAVEnEVER.

5. la proposta può includere un’azione o un’intera scena da aggiungere in qualsiasi punto della performance HEAVEnEVER.

6. per tutte le date in cui la proposta verrà messa in scena il cittadino comparirà nei crediti e riceverà l’1% del cachet della compagnia al netto.

7. lo STATO di HEAVEnEVER si costituisce nel suo essere progressivamente e in funzione dei contributi delle stesse azioni che vengono proposte dai suoi cittadini.

8. lo STATO di HEAVEnEVER ha una fisicità che coincide con quella dei suoi cittadini ovunque essi siano.

9. I cittadini non si riconoscono in una identità nazionale, né ci si batte per essa. Si sostiene una pluridentità e che muta nel tempo.

CONSTITUTION OF STATE OF HEAVEnEVER

1. On the 27th of August 2013 Andrea Fagarazzi and I-Chen Zuffellato declare, as founders, the birth of the STATE of HEAVEnEVER.

2. from this moment on and in this space the Italian state has no legal right on what will happen or will be said in the STATE of HEAVEnEVER.

3. HEAVEnEVER is a free space that offers its citizens the possibility of enacting, declaring or creating something even not possible in the state of Italy, on condition that it does not damage the phisical integrity of the citizens.

4. in order to become a citizen of the STATE of HEAVEnEVER it is necesserary to make a request by proposing an action that will be added to the performance “HEAVEnEVER” by Fagarazzi Zuffellato.

If this proposal will be approved by its founders, it will be interpreted and enacted by the performers in their personal way, this will automatically give the proposer the right to become citizen of the STATE of HEAVEnEVER.

5. the proposal can include an action or an entire scene to be added at any moment of the performance HEAVEnEVER.

6. for each date in which the proposal will be enacted on stage the citizen will appear in the credits and will receive 1% of the net cachet of the company.

7. the STATE of HEAVEnEVER will be consituted progressively and in function of the contributions of the actions proposed by its citizens.

8. the STATE of HEAVEnEVER has a phisicality that correspond with that of its citizens, wherever they are.

9. the state does not recognize its citizens in a new national identity, nor asks to fight for it. The state supports a plural identity that transform itself through time.
